What you see here doesn't come from anonymous production – but directly from us. We are a small team with a clear stance, that takes every product into its own hands.
From the idea to the scent to the finished jar:

Our candles are hand-poured by us in Germany, using high-quality soy wax, carefully selected fragrances, and a standard that cannot be outsourced.

What is your return policy?
In Germany, there is a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal – and we adhere strictly to it.
You bear the return shipping costs yourself, unless we have made a mistake, for example, delivered a wrong design or print. In that case, we will, of course, cover the costs.
Returns must be insured and sent to our company address. Which shipping service provider you choose is up to you – the main thing is that the package arrives safely with us.
For every return, we charge a restocking fee of €5. Why? Because we are not a corporation.
For hygienic reasons, textiles must be washed, checked, and re-sorted. Candles must be delabeled, inspected, and re-evaluated – often with uncertain prospects as to whether this exact combination of design, color, and size will ever be ordered again.
This effort costs time, personnel, and money.
We work by hand, in a small team, and simply cannot afford free returns. This is not an excuse, but reality – and that is precisely why we communicate it openly.

Then everything will fit in the end – for you and for us.
Are purchases excluded from exchange?
Yes. Absolutely.
Anything that is personalized especially for you – whether soap, candles, bags, clothing, or other products with your saying – is excluded from exchange and return. The item is created only for you. There's no going back.
When will I receive my order?
Our processing time may vary – we don't produce at the push of a button, but with real hands.
Should it exceptionally take longer, we will contact you proactively by email. In this case, you naturally have the option to withdraw or cancel your purchase.
Delays can occur, for example, if certain sizes or garments are temporarily out of stock and we first have to obtain new supplies from the wholesaler. We won't leave you in the dark – communication is not an extra for us, but standard.
As soon as your order is on its way, you will automatically receive an email with all information, including a tracking link.
Our shipping service provider GLS usually delivers within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

We will inform you. We remain accessible. And we deliver as soon as possible.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are created in our studio near Berlin – meticulously handcrafted.
Not anonymously, not automatically, and certainly not overnight. Good quality takes time, even if some marketplaces promise otherwise.
We source all materials exclusively from the EU. The furthest journey is to the Netherlands – no detours halfway around the globe.
Our textiles are OEKO-TEX® certified, all products are vegan, made from organic fabrics, sustainably produced, and designed for durability.
In short:
Less mass production. More responsibility. And products that are meant to last.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Germany costs €5.49 – standard and without hidden tricks.
Outside Germany, shipping costs may vary depending on where the package is to be sent.
From time to time, we also have shipping deals.

🔥 Wie benutze ich die Kerze richtig?
- Docht vor jedem Anzünden kürzen (auf max. 5mm)
- Kerze beim ersten Mal lange genug brennen lassen (ganze Oberfläche flüssig)
- Nicht länger als 3–4 Stunden am Stück brennen
